I loved the amazing views from the rooftop terrace and the delicious food served at the restaurant, Roadhouse. They also had bicycles for rent, perfect for exploring the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Q-Royal hotel in Mallorca. the staff was very helpful and the location couldn't have been better. Just across the road from the beach, with plenty of nice cafes, bars, and restaurants a few steps away. We had easy access to everything we needed, including a direct bus to and from the airport. the hotel is renovated and our room was great. We especially loved the terrace with its side sea views. a fantastic experience. Cons: Nothing for me. 😊.

As backpackers, we loved the budget-friendly price and the hotel's close proximity to the beach and lively bar and restaurant scene. the room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom, and the balcony offered a great view of the sea. Checking in and out was a breeze, and there was a bus stop conveniently located in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore Palma de Mallorca.

It was my second visit to this lovely hotel and everything was fantastic. The check-in process was smooth and the staff, especially the friendly Polish girl, provided excellent service. The room they assigned for me and my partner was great. The hotel's location is also a big plus, as it is just a short distance from the airport and has easy access to a beautiful beach. The staff, including the manager, were very helpful and accommodating, especially when our return flights were cancelled. Plus, the chocolate cake they served was absolutely delicious!

The rooms at Q-Royal in Playa de Palma are cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay with my family. I loved having a private terrace in most rooms, where I could enjoy side sea views and soak up the sun. The satellite TV with over 150 channels in 6 languages kept my kids entertained during downtime. The private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries was convenient and had everything we needed. The air conditioning in the room ensured a pleasant temperature throughout our stay. The large terrace in the suite provided breathtaking direct sea views, a truly unforgettable experience.

Personally, I found the extra cost for a safe in the double room a bit unnecessary.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a comfortable room with a side view of the ocean. The hotel's location was excellent, right on the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to our messages.

The hotel breakfast menu could have offered more variety and options.
